MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE
John Cherry - The Number of Friends are increasing and may I welcome all those who have joined since the last newsletter. Many of you have become 'life friends' and this is most pleasing. To all those of you who have become members, we are delighted to have you and please renew your membership or consider becoming a life member. Fundraising is not everybody's cup of tea but anything you can do will help us here at St. Luke's. If you need any fundraising advice or literature please do not hesitate to contact me at the hospital. A big thank you for all that you do.

A NEW PATRON FOR ST. LUKE'S
The hospital is delighted to announce that His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh has graciously confirmed that he will sit as our patron on the 2004 Appeal for the refurbishment of the Hospital. Details of the 100 Years Appeal can be found
here. The involvement of His Royal Highness today continues the support given by the Royal Family to the Hospital since the early 1900s.

VISITING ST. LUKE'S
If you would like to come and visit us at St. Luke's you would be most welcome. However, it is essential that you ring us at the Hospital on the number below prior to your visit. We run on a small core of administrative staff and would like a member of our team to be available to welcome you on arrival.
